Political science concentrates on the state and the forces and institutes that operate in it, relations between states, the political process and the ways of setting and executing public policy. Similar to any scientific method, it is based upon systematic research based upon observations, comparisons and generalizations. The issues and subjects that political science concentrates on can be divided into four areas: government, public policy and administration, international relations and political theory and strategy.
The School of Political Sciences offers evening courses: academic program in this framework includes one day of studies a week in a period of 3 years. Terms of admission to the School of Political Sciences are conditional upon compliance with the general terms of admission of the University and the required level by the School. Evening studies in the School of Political Sciences are held in a format of dual-major academic track. In this track the student combines studies in the School of Political Sciences and studies in another faculty with an equal number of credits: 60 credits for each faculty.
